Biography

Dr. Reshma Shaji is a specialist in ophthalmology with a strong foundation in medical education and clinical experience. She completed her MBBS at Pushpagiri Medical College, Thiruvalla, followed by an MS in Ophthalmology from Mahatma Gandhi Medical College, Puducherry. To further enhance her expertise, she pursued fellowships in Medical Retina at Comtrust Eye Hospital, Calicut, and Comprehensive Ophthalmology at Eyemicro Surgery and Laser Centre, Thiruvalla.

With over five years of experience as a Consultant Ophthalmologist and Consultant in Medical Retina at various hospitals across Kerala, Dr. Shaji has a proven track record of providing high-quality care to her patients. Her areas of expertise include:

• Medical Retina: Specializing in lasers and intravitreal injections for conditions such as diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, and retinal vascular occlusions.
• General Ophthalmology: Offering comprehensive eye care for a wide range of ocular conditions.
• Anterior Segment Disorders: Managing diseases affecting the front part of the eye, including cataracts, glaucoma, and corneal disorders.
