Biography

Dr. Mary Phyllis Robert, Specialist Obstetrics and Gynecology has dedicated over 35 years to the service of women and being an advocate for them. She was the first to join the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at LLH Hospital, Abu Dhabi, UAE, and has been with LLH Hospital for 15 years. Before joining us, she had over 20 years of experience leading Abu Dhabi hospitals. She completed her MBBS from Trivandrum Medical College, Kerala, and MD in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal. She had undergone infertility and reproductive health training at Hammersmith Hospital, London, and The Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Ohio, USA. She also acquired a Diploma in minimally invasive surgery from the Kiel School of Ecology Endoscopy. Her dedication to the field has gained her the Performance Excellence Award overseas by the 2nd International Academic and Research Excellence Awards (IARE), 2020. Her areas of expertise include,
