Ayurveda, the Science of Life, draws its concepts and practices from ancient India, which is five thousand years of wisdom distilled into a system of practice. Ayurveda is a comprehensive system of natural medicines that treats the body and mind. It treats the causes of the disease rather than the symptoms and improves the immunity of the body without creating any side effects.
The term Vaidya is used in India to refer an Ayurveda Practitioner; Vaidyashala meaning the Traditional Ayurveda Health Centre. Vaidyashala, combine authentic Indian Ayurveda therapies with a supportive lifestyle management system and herbal medicines. The wide range of Ayurveda services and herbs are completely customized right from the diagnosis, to the selection of therapy and selection of herbs and oils according to one’s body nature. Vaidyashala brings an entirely new dimension to the healing experience, using the ancient healing powers combined with a diverse range of therapies to combat the diseases of modern lifestyles.
