Dr. Zulfiya Shabnam is a Specialist Obstetrician and Gynecologist at LLH Hospital, Abu Dhabi. She has eight years of experience in the field of obstetrics and gynecology. She graduated from K.S. Hegde Medical Academy, Mangalore, in 2013. She completed her postgraduate training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Bangalore Baptist Hospital in 2018. Further advancing her professional qualifications, she earned her MRCOG (London) in November 2022. She has also completed a certification course in minimal access surgeries. Before relocating to the UAE, she worked at various tertiary care centers, including both medical college hospitals and corporate setups. Dr. Shabnam has been actively involved in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students. She has conducted numerous CMEs and clinical teaching programs. An avid reader, she has authored multiple publications. Her special interest lies in managing high-risk pregnancies, including preterm labor and pregnancies complicated by medical disorders. She also has experience in adolescent and menopausal gynecological care and is dedicated to providing compassionate maternity services.
